Tyler is returning for his sixth season with the club and has over 20 years of coaching experience. Tyler is currently president of the BC Swim Coaches Association and two time winner of the BCSCA Age Group coach of the year award (2005 and 2007)

Kristin is returning for her fourth season with the club. Kristin has been coaching for over 10 years and previously swam with Dolphins. Kristin’s youth coaching expertise has seen dozens of her athletes go on towards provincial finals and medals.

Marian joins our staff this year to coordinate our 10 & Under program and help mentor our developmental staff. Marian has been on deck for 30 years at all levels of coaching from Learn to Swim to International athletes. Marian with also be working with our Age Group National squad.
- Assistant Coaches
- Claire Duncan - Bronze and Red Dolphins
Claire is joining us for her third year and will be running the Red and Bronze Dolphins.
- Dale Robinson - Gold Dolphins
Dale is returning for his second season as the Gold Dolphins coach and brings with him 10 years of youth and masters coaching experience from BC and Ontario.
- Marc Sze - Stroke Development & Conditioning
Marc is joining us for his first year after coaching for the Vancouver Vikings the past two summers. Marc competed for almost 10 years with the UBC Dolphins.
- Amanda Hall - White Dolphins
Amanda is joining our staff this year and will be running our White Dolphins group as well as helping with our Junior Dolphins.
- Tammy Nguyen - Green Dolphins
This is Tammy’s fourth year with us as our Green coach. Tammy also coaches and swims with the Vancouver Vikings swim club.
- Lauren Vredenburg - Junior Dolphins
Lauren is joining us this year from Calgary and will be running our Junior Dolphins.
Liz Collins
Liz is one of Canada’s best Freestylers and swims with the UBC varsity team. Liz will be helping out with our Silver and AGP groups.
Tanya Hunks
Tanya is Canada’s top open water swimmer and one of Canada’s top distance swimmers. Tanya will be helping out with the Silver, AGP and Blue Dolphins. Tanya has previously coached with the Hyack swim club.
Erin Hogg
Erin will be joining the coaching staff for her second season and will be assisting with a number of our development group. Erin swam with VPSC for eight years.
Sonya Chan
Sonya is also returning for her second season and will be helping with our Juniors and Greens. Sonya swam with VPSC for five seasons.
Alison Moore
Alison is joining us for her first season of coaching. She will be helping with our development coaches. Alison swam with VPSC for eight years.
Hanna Pierse
Hanna joins our staff this year to help with our Whites and Reds after helping out a little last season. Hanna is currently part of the UBC Thunderbirds varsity team and had previously swam and coached in Edmonton.
Sarah Deutsch
Sarah is also joining us for her first year after many years of coaching in the White Rock area. Sarah will also be helping out with our developmental groups.
